For On-Page optimization, you need to pay attention to webpage structure and content fine tuning. Easy said than done, I have to say, because there are many details you need to care about.

Code optimization is essential to keep the site code easy and clean. A clear code can be simply read and understood through the web spiders. As to this HTML and CSS will be better.

Then, title tag optimization and Meta tags Optimization are another two factors you should concentrate on. We all know that title tag is an important element of a web page which must be short but descriptive and significant, because it is the first component to be indexed when search engines crawl the website. While for Meta tags, they are generally used to describe the page content in brief which is better for your site to show up in searches.

Besides, you also ought to focus on links building, image optimization, keywords and so on. Here, links building is very important which includes internal and external links optimization. They can bring you more visitors and downloads which ultimately means more sales.

Well, sitemap is also a factor. But most webmasters are very likely to ignore it. Sitemap contains all the URLs of your site, this helps search engines quickly index your page and at the same time it can also guide visitors scan your site. To generate sitemap, manual way or using other tools is also ok.
